35 and above, solid nodule, single nodule, 6-8mm, high risk, <6 months.

 

ACR Fleischner Society recommendations (MacMahon, et al. Radiology 2017; 284(1): 228-43) suggest the following: Initial follow-up chest CT at 6-12 months, if stable, another follow-up chest CT at 18-24 months.
