35 and above, solid nodule, single nodule, 6-8mm, unknown risk, 6-17 months.

 

ACR Fleischner Society recommendations (MacMahon, et al. Radiology 2017; 284(1): 228-43) suggest the following:

For patients with low risk of lung cancer, general no need for further follow-up. Alternatively, consider a chest CT at 18-24 months after the initial discovery of the nodule if there is high index of suspicion.

For patients with high risk of lung cancer, another follow-up chest CT at 18-24 months after the initial discovery of the nodule.
