35 and above, solid nodule, single nodule, > 8mm.

Notes:
High risk patients have history of smoking, emphysema, contact with asbestos, radiation to the chest, pulmonary fibrosis, nodules located in the upper lobes or nodules with irregular or spiculated margin. The rest of the patients are considered as low risk.
