35 and above, solid nodule, multiple nodules, 6-8mm, high risk, 3-17 months.

 

ACR Fleischner Society recommendations (MacMahon, et al. Radiology 2017; 284(1): 228-43) suggest the following: Follow-up chest CT at 18-24 months after initial discovery of the nodule.
