35 and above, solid nodule, multiple nodules, 6-8mm, unknown risk, < 3 months.

 

ACR Fleischner Society recommendations (MacMahon, et al. Radiology 2017; 284(1): 228-43) suggest the following:

For patients with low risk of lung cancer, initial chest CT at 3-6 months. If stable, no further follow-up or an optional chest CT at 18-24 months if there is high index of suspicion.

For patients with high risk of lung cancer, initial chest CT at 3-6 months. If stable, another chest CT at 18-24 months.
