Adnexal cyst lesion with characteristic features:

Hemorrhagic cyst: No further imaging if <=5 cm and premenopausal(or age<50 if unknown). Ultrasound follow-up in 2-3 months if >5 cm and premenopausal(or age<50 if unknown). Ultrasound or MRI should be performed promptly for further evaluation if postmenopausal(or age>=50 if unknown).
Paraovarian cyst: Clinical management.
Hydrosalpinx: Clinical management.
Peritoneal inclusion cyst: Clinical management.
Leiomyoma: Clinical management.
Ovarian fibroma: Clinical management.
Cystic teratoma(Dermoid): Managed by Gynecologist.
Endometrioma: Managed by Gynecologist.

Suspected malignancy: Ultrasound or MRI to characterize.
