Incidental renal mass containing fat. No calcifications. Solitary mass. No growth or no comparison. AML >4 cm, patient symptomatic, larger aneurysm.

 

ACR White Paper recommendations (Herts, et al. J Am Coll Radiol 2018;15:264-273) suggest the following: Large and/or complicated angiomyolipoma. Surgical referral recommended.
