Pancreatic cystic lesion without worrisome features. Patient < 80. Cyst < 1.5 cm. Patient 65 to 79. < 10 years.

 

ACR White Paper recommendations (Megibow, et al. J AM Coll Radiol 2017; 14: 911-923) suggest the following: Follow-up pancreas-protocol CT or MRI with contrast every 2 years for a total of 10 years after the initial discovery of the cyst.
