Simple cyst is a unilocular cyst with a smooth thin wall, acoustic enhancement, and no internal elements(anechoic).
Nonsimple unilocular smooth cyst is a unilocular cyst with smooth thin wall and internal echoes or containing >=1 incomplete smooth thin septum.
Unilocular cyst with irregular inner wall is a cyst with inner wall or incomplete septum irregularity <3 mm in height.
Unilocular cyst with solid components is a cyst with solid elements whose height >=3 mm in the form of nodule or papillary projection from the wall or septum.
