Endometrioma. Premenopausal. < 10 cm.
ACR white paper guideline (Andreotti, et al. Radiology 2020; 294: 168-185) suggest the following: Almost certainly benign lesion. O-RADS category 2. Optional initial follow-up in 8-12 weeks. If not removed surgically, annual ultrasound follow-up should then be considered. MRI for further evaluation if there is enlargement, changing morphology or a developing vascular component.
