ACR White Paper recommendations (Mayo-Smith, et al. J Am Coll Radiol 2017;14:1038-1044) suggest the following: Further evaluation with adrenal protocol CT or surgical resection recommended. Consider biochemical evaluation to exclude pheochromocytoma before biopsy/resection.
