ACR White Paper recommendations (Mayo-Smith, et al. J Am Coll Radiol 2017;14:1038-1044) suggest the following: Probably benign lesion. Follow-up study with adrenal protocol CT in 12 months recommended. Consider biochemical evaluation to determine functional status and exclude pheochromocytoma.
