Adrenal mass. Other exams. Indeterminate features. >=1 to <4 cm. No prior imaging and unknown cancer history. 1 to 2 cm.

ACR White Paper recommendations (Mayo-Smith, et al. J Am Coll Radiol 2017;14:1038-1044) suggest the following:
For patients without cancer history, follow-up study with adrenal protocol CT in 12 months recommended. Consider biochemical evaluation to determine functional status and exclude pheochromocytoma.
For patients with positive cancer history, prompt further evaluation with adrenal protocol CT recommended.
