ACR White Paper recommendations (Megibow, et al. J AM Coll Radiol 2017; 14: 911-923) suggest the following: Follow-up pancreas-protocol CT or MRI with contrast every year for 5 years, then every two years for a minimum of 9 years in total after the initial discovery of the cyst.
