ACR White Paper recommendations (Megibow, et al. J AM Coll Radiol 2017; 14: 911-923) suggest the following: Endoscopic ultrasound/FNA or follow-up pancreas-protocol CT or MRI with contrast every year until the cyst has been stable for a minimal of 10 years since the last period of interval growth.
