ACR White Paper recommendations (Megibow, et al. J AM Coll Radiol 2017; 14: 911-923) suggest the following: Follow-up pancreas-protocol CT or MRI with contrast every 6 months for 2 year, then every year for 2 years, then every 2 years for a minimum of 10 years in total.
