Pancreatic cystic lesion without worrisome features. 80 years old or above. <= 2.5 cm. Newly discovered or stability < 4 years.
ACR White Paper recommendations (Megibow, et al. J AM Coll Radiol 2017; 14: 911-923) suggest the following: Follow-up pancreas-protocol CT or MRI with contrast at 2 years and 4 years after the initial discovery of the cyst or after a growing cyst becomes stable again.
